work to get verification of your answers by following #3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Ask Questions &#8211; <\/strong>Follow up after you have been asked a question.\u00a0 This tells the interviewer a lot about you.\u00a0 If asked, \u201cWhat methodology did you use for this project?\u201d you can ask right back &#8211; \u201cWhat methodology do you think works best, in a specific situation?\u201d\u00a0 Create a conversation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Don\u2019t talk about Salary<\/strong> &#8211; Don\u2019t do IT!\u00a0 I know it\u2019s tempting to negotiate up front, but in most cases it will hurt you.\u00a0 The best advice is to simply be honest about what your current compensation is and to communicate to the interviewer that you are open to consider any offer they would feel is fair.\u00a0 You&#8217;re actively interviewing and would love to consider their offer.\u00a0 Once they make an offer then your can counter.\u00a0 This way your not leaving money on the table, or not getting an offer because you outbid yourself.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong>THE CLOSE<\/strong> &#8211; It\u2019s a simple question, but works very well.\u00a0 As the interview is winding down and you are thanking the interviewer for his \/ her time, simply ask:\u00a0 Based on our conversation today, do you have any concerns about my ability to do this job?\u00a0 &#8211;
