(20% for NYC metro folks)<\/li>\n<li>NO PMO&#8217;s &#8211; We need hands on folks who are can solve complex problems!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Considerable knowledge of IT governance, IT processes, and IT procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills Preferred: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working experience in the design and development of IT processes and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrated  experience identifying and addressing client needs:  actively  participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating  a broad  range of Firm services; managing engagements including  preparing  concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics  management  with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrated  experience as a team leader: creating a positive  environment by  monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client  expectations and  respecting the work-life quality of team members;  providing candid,  meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping  leadership informed  of progress and issues.<\/p>\n<p>Extensive knowledge of Networking,  Telecommunications, Data Centers,  Cloud, Enterprise Security,  eCommerce, Call Centers and Voice\/Video  solutions with a clear  understanding of how an IT organization  capitalizes upon technology to  enable the business.<\/p>\n<p>Extensive knowledge of change management, enabling technology, and program delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills Preferred: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Extensive  architectural design experience and hands configuration  exposition  with major networking, storage, compute and security vendors  with a  level of expose to project management and software development.<\/p>\n<p>Thorough  experience identifying and addressing client needs:  developing and  sustaining deep client relationships using networking,  negotiation and  persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new  service  opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and  verbal  materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow,   budgets, billing and collection.<\/p>\n<p>Thorough experience as a team  leader: leading teams to generate a  vision, establish direction and  motivate members, create an atmosphere  of trust, leverage diverse  views, coach staff, and encourage improvement  and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join a winner!
