ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 10+ years of working in the IT Risk & Security area with specific focus on Data Security and Global Privacy.<\/li>\n
  • Deep understanding of\u00a0 privacy impact assessments, compliance assessments, and other related privacy projects while managing those engagements to budget.<\/li>\n
  • Apply current knowledge of data protection and privacy trends and to issues and other opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n
  • History of selling over $1m in new revenue to the firm.<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of HIPAA privacy, Privacy Shield, GDPR, CANSPAM, and other privacy regulations, and privacy framework especially as it relates to building a privacy and data protection for global organizations.<\/li>\n
  • Work with partners, principals, and managing directors to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree required. Advanced degree such as a J.D. is a significant plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in working with data mapping and data discovery methodologies and solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Have you worked with companies like:\u00a0 Nymity, Prifender, OneTrust, PrivacyCheq, PrivacyPerfect, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution and DLP managed services is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Information Security Manager<\/li>\n
    • Travel for this position can go as high as 50%.<\/li>\n
    • You must be a US Citizen or US Resident – the firm “might” sponsor for an exceptional candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
