Payroll – Technology Leader

Join a company that was rated by as a top 10 place to work in 2013.   Looking for a Jr. Business Analyst and / or a Manager for the team.  As a member of the consulting team you will assist clients with their international implementation issues. This may include reviewing and redesigning existing processes, implementing and utilizing team members (the team’s proprietary software product), technical / application aspects of our expatriate technology suites. 

Location:  Stamford, CT

  • Current knowledge of expatriate process, payroll and tax issues
  • Technical knowledge of ERP, HR or Payroll systems.
  • Willing to travel 20% (occasional international trips)
  • Live in commuting distance of Stamford, CT
  • You must be a US Citizen or US Resident
  • You must have a completed bachelor’s degree

Duties Include:

  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of expatriate-related payroll delivery, emphasizing proven extensive success in a role conducting and/or managing payroll services for international assignments
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of general tax, which includes but is not limited to the following: payroll and tax related delivery of pay instructions to client specific service provider, compensation data collection, taxability assessment.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in HR implementation and process re-design, knowledge of expatriate technology and international mobility processes would be a benefit
  • Detailed understanding of software development and implementation concepts
  • Solid understanding of project management processes and general lifecycle methodologies


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree optional.

PMP, Business Analysis or Six Sigma certification preferred
